What is the privacy policy?

All the information you give us by filling the booking form will be kept and not shared with any other company or 3rd person. We may use your email address for our email marketing to keep you updated about our changes, new tours, excursions, activities, and price offers.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation of a booking is available one day before the tour, excursion, or activity starts.

What if the cancellation made by the organizer?

In the event that the organizer is obliged to cancel or to modify all or part of the planned program, either because it does not bring together a sufficient number of participants, for foreign reasons at will or for reasons related to the safety of the client. The client will be fully reimbursed.

What if the cancellation made by the client?

If the client cancels, cancellation fees are assessed as a percentage of the total tour, excursion, or activity price. Notification of cancellations must be in writing. Free cancellation (full refund) up to 24 hours before activity or tour program starts, otherwise a 50% cancellation fee apply of total price.

Can i customize my tour, excursion, activity or airport transfer?

Yes you can, just drop us an email or call us directly and our team will assist you with your special requests.

Which currency is most widely accepted for payment?

The most currencies widely accepted are : Euros, US Dollars, UK Sterling or Moroccan Dirhams.

I'm a solo traveller, is there a single supplement?

Is it possible to book without bank transfer?

Yes. Bank transfer is not required to make a reservation. Below are the booking steps :
– Fill in the reservation form on our website.
– You will receive a reply by e-mail within a deadline that does not exceed 24 hours

Indicating our availabilities and best offers.
– You can subsequently confirm or even negotiate the offer by exchange of mail.
– After agreement and final confirmation, you can pay upon your arrival.

Can i cancel or change my booking?

– Yes, it’s simple. You can cancel or modify your booking via our online support (WhatsApp chat) service on our website.
– You can also drop us an email or call us directly by phone, and we will process your request.

What should i bring with me?

Feel free to bring with you comfortable walking shoes, a camera and a notebook. When it’s really hot out, we recommend an application of sunscreen on exposed parts of the body and a lightweight pair of sunglasses or a hat. During the cooler seasons it’s important to wear and an extra layer of clothing and consider bringing gloves, once the sun goes down the temperature can drop considerably. If it looks like rain, please be prepared with a rain jacket or an umbrella.

Can i negotiate the price?

Yes, before booking we offer you the possibility to negotiate the price of our offers and for this you can first fill out the reservation form and exchange emails with our reservation service.

is there any travel insurance?

Our excursions, tours, activities & airport transfers do not include the cost of travel insurance. You should have a valid travel insurance cover for the full duration of your tour, including the date of your arrival home.

Do i need to tip?

Gratuities are greatly appreciated, although not mandatory.

Is there a group discount?

Which days are available for excursions, tours, airport transfers & activities?

Our excursions, tours, activities & airport transfers are always available.

How do we make payment?

– You pay us upon your arrival before the excursion, tour, airport transfer, or activity starts.
– If you are a group, we require a 50% deposit, the balance could be paid upon arrival.
– Cash payments accepted in Euros, US Dollars, UK Sterling or Moroccan Dirhams.

Are bathrooms available during a tour, an excursion or an activity?

Yes, limited bathrooms are available during the tour, the activity, or the excursion, however, we advise our guests to not plan on availability.

Do the excursions, tours, activities & airport transfers come in other languages?

At this time, we do offer our excursions, tours, activities & airport transfers only in English, French & Spanish.

How about transport : pick up - drop off?

– Pick up & drop off at any accommodation in town or at the closest meeting point that is accessible by vehicle.
– Transport by a comfortable, modern & an air-conditioned vehicle.

What if we lost Luggage / Passengers Property?

We will not be responsible for loss or damage to any personal property.

Are children allowed on excursions, tours, airport transfers & activities?

Children are allowed on our excursions, tours, airport transfers & activities. We would love to have them join us!

Can we skip the camel ride?

Yes you can. However, return transfer by vehicle will apply, except for luxury desert camp, you can choose between a camel ride or a vehicle transfer.

Can we choose to upgrade our tents once in the desert camp?

Unfortunately you can’t. Such a decision needs to be made during your booking process or at least 24 hours prior to departure. Standard, comfortable and luxury camps are separate from one another. They are all located in different areas, and operated by different camp operators.

Do we need to bring our towels and shower condiments for the desert camp?

Yes please. However, on our luxury desert camps, towels, and shower condiments are supplied in your tent.

Is there electricity in the tents? where can we charge our phones and cameras?

Inside the tents, and for safety reasons, no plugins are allowed. Outlets are available in public areas at the camp ( Restaurant ). There will also be outlets in cafés, restaurants, and hotels on the way.

I have a flight to catch upon return from my desert tour. is that a safe option?

On private desert tours, it is, provided your flight is due to take off at 19h00 the latest. During rainy / snow season, it is still risky, as there might be flush floods, and heavy snow that shuts down some roads for a certain amount of time, which will cause a delay. On shared desert tours, it is definitely not a safe option. Only if your flight is due to take off from Marrakech airport at midnight at the earliest. Again, on winter season, we would not recommend scheduling your flight back home on your desert trip last day.

Do we need sleeping bags for the Sahara desert camp?

No you don’t. The camps we are using for our Moroccan desert trips supply sleeping equipment in there. During the winter, enough warm blankets will be supplied, but you will. Need warm thermal clothes to keep you warm at night (Dec, Jan, and Feb)

Can you cater vegetarian and vegan and gluten free meals during your excursions, tours & activities?

Yes we can, vegetarian and vegan are OK, Gluten free is a bit complicated here in Morocco. There are a few shops that sell gluten-free food, and you can get prepared for your trip.

Are your desert tours meals halal?

Yes they are. Hotels and desert camps we use serve halal meals only.

Can we bring our luggage on the desert tour? where can we store it?

Yes, you can bring your luggage on our desert tours, whether private or group shared. Please make sure you prepare a small backpack to take on your camel ride to the desert camp. The rest of your luggage will stay safe in your vehicle in Zagora or at the camp operator’s lodge in Merzouga.

What do we do in case of Unforeseen Circumstances?

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. If such an event should occur, we will refund any sum you have already paid to us, including the deposit, but we are not liable to pay any additional compensation to you. Unforeseen circumstances include but are not limited to natural or nuclear disasters, war, or threat of war, riots, terrorists, fires, adverse weather conditions and others.

Can i choose the accommodation type at the time of booking?

Yes you can advise at time of booking the type of accommodation (hotel, kasbah, riad or luxury tent in desert) : standard, budget or high-class.
